Scott’s Emulsion
It’s the orange flavor Scott’s Emulsion. My friend told me that it is quite good for dry cough when I was coughing badly 2 weeks ago. So, I tried it. In fact, my grandfather was taking the original one since young till his early 80’s before he died. To him, it’s fantastic. And, I have to admit that he is quite strong. 
Then, I found out that it is just as good as any other expensive fish oil that I have took before in terms of easing our toilet routine and causing skin smoothness. Thus, 3 of us in the family is taking it now, including baby Elizabeth and hubby.
Hopefully it helps to build up little Elizabeth’s immune system too. Anyway, orange flavor is for kids. Looks like full of coloring and artificial flavor. Thus, hubby and I should take the capsule type or the original white emulsion.
