Well, I have found out other causes of nausea which includes:

1) Infections
2) food poisoning

So it could be an infection in my gastrointestinal system that cause nausea. As I got diarrhoea on Monday and also this morning. In short, it should be food poisoning.

I think it’s not serious since I don’t have continuous diarrhoea. And, I am not vomiting either. Still, I am looking for ways to relief the nausea.

According to what I have read, I need more clear liquid or soup. Also, some sports drink and a more comfortable room temperature. In this hot weather, of course it’s best to stay in air-con room. Ha! Also, a good rest.

Praised the creation of computer! Our life have become way more advanced and convenient with technologies like bi tools. And, I learn whole lots of valuable knowledge (like I have read about nausea now) in my interested field through internet all the time.

As it’s so hot out there. I find myself like zombie who really can’t stand the sun light. Whenever it’s too hot, I feel sick. Most probably nausea.

Could it be heat stroke? Or symptoms of dehydration? Well, I am going to buy watermelon later. Of course, I must drink more water. Hopefully, I can feel better in no time.

In fact, I trust Chinese cooling herbal tea more than watermelon or just water. LOL!

Anyway, beware of the health risk of hot weather including:
1) Dehydration
2) Heat stroke
3) Burning of the skin

From a Chinese magazine called “Early Childhood Education”, I learned that children should sleep 10 hours a day for healthy growth. Grow taller!

I was struggling with ways to make my girl grow taller or slightly bigger since she was born. As she was simply a little bit smaller if compared with the babies making birth announcements almost the same time with her even though she is still in the range of normal growth.

Worst still, she started to sleep late since she was 1 year old and above. So… Let’s kick start! Sleep earlier! As early as 10pm at least. Surprisingly, my little princess agreed and tried her best tonight. We get into the bedroom at 10pm. But still, she slept at 11.30pm after reading. Never mind. We will try harder. We can do it! Hahahahaha………

We should not only sleep earlier but should have regular bedtime. As much of the body healing take place while we sleep. I knew that long ago. Just never got a chance to really practice while there were so many things to do with only 24 hours a day. LOL!

Also, the most important hours for detoxification and rejuvenation are before midnight. Besides, our liver detoxification is being done at 11 pm to 1 am as well. Wow! That should make me look younger, stay healthier and get to say bye bye to liver cancer as well.

I will absolutely force myself to sleep earlier too like my little princess from tomorrow night onwards. Hahahaha……… I am serious, ok? Hahahahahaha………

As a local, I love our hawker food so much. Especially wan tan mee and laksa. As far as the hygienic concern, most of the big food courts or even road side hawker stalls will not cause any problem to our stomach.

But the small food court at the next lane of the famous Padang Yong Tau Foo, which was quite famous with the mamak popiah, was really too cramp and dirty.

I went there yesterday afternoon. And, I suspected the Malay drink stall at the end. As the stall itself was not properly wash. Look so black. Even the spoon given to stir the drinks was actually full of black marks at the end of the spoon.

But, my girl was safe after drinking a cup full of Milo there. Looks like is not the drinks but the food that we ate there. Well, I keep complaining about this place as both DQ and I got diarrhoea this morning.

And, this is the second time hubby get diarrhoea after eating at this place. Last time was the “Lok Lok”. What could it be this time? The mamak popiah? The Char Quay Teow or the Laksa?

Anyway, I told DQ this has to be the last time I visited the food stalls there. LOL!

If you know me enough, you certainly realized that I seldom wear high heels. It’s not that I don’t like the fashion. But, the pain cause to my feet is simply unbearable whenever I wear the 3 inches and above.

It’s also because I am totally aware of the consequences of wearing high heels all the time — commonly it’s back pain. We have minimal control over the cause of Mesothelioma, but we certainly can avoid the back pain problem by not wearing high heels very often.

Anyway, this one is so comfortable. I bought this heels in KL at Charles & Keith outlet during the trip in the beginning of this month too. It’s RM 135+ If I am not mistaken. Not cheap but not very expensive either.

Initially, I think it worth its price. As it’s so comfortable with no pain at all at any side of the feet. Also, the design is modern. This design certainly look classic when match with long pants. I like this kind of classic and tough looking but a little bit sexy look women shoes.

But after I wore it out yesterday, I found the plastic coating already came out a bit at the bottom of the heel this morning. It did happen to my other heels as most probably they get scratched while I am driving. Somehow, it never happen so soon, at least not at the first shoot. LOL!

Anyway, it has white and black colour too. I think the white is nice too. But you know I always prefer white in terms of choosing pants or dresses. So I was thinking may be beige shoes would be a nice match, even for black pants or dresses.

I have yet to wear this new plain Denim Tube Top, tight bottom Jumpsuit from Zara. Finally, I found the jumpsuit that fit me well during my last trip to KL in the beginning of this month. I was so excited!

And this Denim colour is nice. I like dark coloured Denim. I promised myself I will wear it in this weekend. I wondered why I was so into the latest jumpsuit fashion. Hehe……

Anyway, this Denim material is a little bit shinning. I like it! I am going to match it with my new beige heels. Hopefully I look taller and slimmer. Ha!

And, I also like it because the rubber band of this tube top is not too tight. So at least it won’t squeeze out my flabby back flash near my arms. I am sure most girls know what I mean aye? LOL! Hahahahaha……

Since young, friends or relatives just keep telling me drinking warm water is good for health. But at home, most of us including my grandpa, we all love cold or ice water. LOL!

But as I grow older, I totally agree with the power of warm water for health improvement now. Especially when we are coughing or having a flu. Drinking warm water really speed up the recovery process. Sometimes, drinking warm water provides immediately relief to the flu symptoms and cough.

It is more than just that. Drinking warm water after each meal helps our digestion. As we all know, healthy digestive system play a big part in our body health. Therefore, drinking warm water actually helps to strengthen our overall immunity.

Well, it seems that the latest researches have also centralize on the health benefits of filter or energy water. This should be true too. But I only have a simple water filter at home. May be it’s time to upgrade it.
