Anyway, it’s a good habit with health benefits. When we read books, magazines or newspaper, our thoughts get carried away by the interesting story or information. Thus, reading something of our own choice definitely raise our spirit and make us feel good. It offers an escape from everyday life stresses as a great form of relaxation.

Lastly, reading is always a healthy work out for our brain. Keeping our memory sharp and our learning capacity nimble.

This Tough & Tender multi purpose cleaner really makes my marble floor so clean. No sticky feeling or slippery smoothness like what left by the normal floor cleaner. A true clean feeling. Excellent in cleaning oily and dusty surfaces too.

Many people said, drink a lot of milk since young. So, that’s it? I just don’t believe it extreme diet. Luckily there are other great suggestions.

1) Eating small 5-7 meals with a good amount of protein including food like egg, milk, meat and yoghurt to keeps the growth hormone levels up.

2) Drink milk before sleeping, so that the magnesium in it can help you sleep better. As the growth level is the highest in the first 2 hours of sleep. Thus, avoid sugars before going to bed as that will hinders the growth process.

3) As shorter intense workouts produce higher level of growth hormones. Thus might aid growth.

4) Do exercise that can lengthen the muscle like swimming, cycling, basket ball etc.

5) And, our body definitely needs sufficient nutrients to reach our maximum growth.

No wonder my little princess is so short. Looks like I have to find ways to encourage her to sleep earlier and start taking meat. Then, encourage her to eat more eggs and drink more milk too. But, should I let her take multivitamins to supplement her poor eating habits too?By the way, I will never shake my head anymore whenever she ask for permission to swim.

Surprise! Just a few spray on the water in the vase, the flowers on the fresh stalks seems wide open and looks so healthy and fresh. Most importantly, the water in the vase has no bad smell at all throughout the week.

Also, I have tried it on my dog last week. But, the tits spray for pets that I bought (it’s the best one after I have tried many brands) does not work very well. The tits die very slowly and they hardly drops out. So, I spray the diluted Sol U Mel on his ears initially. As his ears was full of tits since 2 weeks ago.

Immediately, I see tits dropping. So, I gave him a few more sprays within half a day. Surprise! All the tits on his ears are still alive. But all drops.

Eventually, I mixed the diluted Sol U Mel in his shampoo and gave him a good bath. Somehow, there are still tits staying on his ears again after a few days. Hehe…… May be I need to spray on him at least once a day for some time. LOL!

Now, the tits seems attacking him badly until one side of his ear got Hematoma. Of course, this has nothing to do with Sol U Mel review. I am just worried about my dog.

It looks great when being match with the belt. Without the belt, it’s not appealing at all. Somehow, I gain the elegant and mysterious look once I put the belt on, so I bought it. It’s kind of convenient as no revealing part on top. I can wear it casually.

Somehow, I need a pair of matching heals. I just can’t match it with all my casual sneakers. As a door will only looks great if it is beautifully match with a nice door knobs, isn’t it?

Anyway, I just find out that the length of this dress actually makes my big fat thigh looks even bigger. LOL!

This Ecomax dish drops has been highly recommended by a few of my mum’s friends. So, I thought since Melaleuca’s Lemon Brite seems too drying for my auntie’s fungal infected hands, I will try this.

Somehow, according to my auntie, this Ecomax is still drying. Yet it can never clean the grease or smell on the used plates so thoroughly like Lemon Brite. LOL!

In my opinion, Lemon Brite is truly concentrate and it just never seems drying to my hands as I add enough water to a little bit of it in another empty bottle before I use it. And, it really ease the washing work. Quick and very clean. 2 thumbs up!

My auntie also favors Lemon Brite. To her it did a fantastic cleaning work, so much better than other dish drops. Somehow, it is just not very friendly for her infected hands.

By the way, mummy gave her 8 teaspoons of black seed drink at noon. As I found that black seed drink is really a miracle food for us all. It works wonders in boosting our immune system.

By the way, I also gave her 1 probiotics. And some aloe vera juice mixed in her milk 3 times a day. Eventually, my girl’s temperature is back to normal again by late evening in the same day. It’s a great surprise. As her fever just never went off so easily.

I strongly recommend black seed drink for those who always get flu. I just stop having flu ever since I make it my daily consumption since 4 months ago.
