How to make Garbage Enzyme

Do you know how to make garbage enzyme?
Ingredients:
1) Any organic garbage (including fruit skin,fruits or vegetables)
2) Brown sugar or Molasses
3) Water
Ratio: 1 Part Sugar : 3 Parts Waste : 10 Parts Water
100 grams sugar : 300 grams waste : 1,000 grams or 1 liter water
